Boys dreams come true

Time flies for me lately. As a billiard professional it's impossible to focus yourself for the full 100% on training and playing matches. As opposed to snooker, our sport commercially is just getting started. Diversification seems to be the answer. Not only for merchandising, but also for my own billiard centre.

Not too long ago, I introduced my own billiard accessories on the market, followed by the Frédéric Caudron cue and the Frédéric Caudron billiard table. That table will soon be available in 2,30m. You can even chose the color of the table. Nice extra's to adjust the table to your own interior or taste.

I really look forward to the next step. In the spring of 2012 I will open, with some partners, a multifunctional facility near Antwerp (Belgium), and will be called SALPTHO. It will be a bistro and party centre (till 150 seats). So please come by and enjoy a business lunch, the bistro or the large summer terrace.

But I'm especially proud on the third pillar of our facility. The billiard centre Frédéric Caudron will have 6 carom tables (2x 2,84m, 2x 2,30m and 2x 2,10m). They all have a full automatic billiard elevators and all the infrastructure that is necessary to fully enjoy professional organized billiard matches.

Not only will different Belgian interclubs play, but also championships and international tournaments are on our wish list. As real billiard lovers, we will most likely meet in Oostmalle. We soon will place the first stone. Another little boys dream that comes true. Did I mention that time flies for me lately?
